- Abstract
Dominująca perspektywa wpisuje się w ramy obiektywistycznej nauki mającej dostarczać menedżerom organizacyjnym wymiernej i konkretnej wiedzy pozwalającej trafnie podejmować istotne decyzje organizacyjne. Strategic management is considered by many authors as the most important part of management science, is at the heart of rationalism current theory and practice of this discipline. The dominant perspective is part of the objectivist learning organization designed to provide managers with measurable and specific knowledge which enables accurately make important organizational decisions. For the purposes of the strategy one can also see the development trends of subjectivism-based approaches: interpretative-symbolic, and postmodern critical, but their knowledge of, much less assimilation, both among researchers and managers is very limited. The critical theory of strategic management refers, on the one hand, to interpretative-symbolic approach in strategic management, and secondly, the prospects of postmodern, feminist and neo-marxists. The critical theory of strategic management is now marginal, albeit gradually gaining importance. In the realm of theory is linked to the mainstream of critical management studies. In relation to practice a critical look at the unfair practice of strategic management and the creation of false consciousness is proposed to develop methods of empowerment and participation of disadvantaged groups.
