- Przedmiotem badania były innowacje przejawiające się doskonaleniem świadczonych przedsiębiorstwom usług, które skutkowały korzystnymi efektami. Celem artykułu jest dokonanie analizy statysty czno-porównawczej wyników tego badania. (fragment tekstu)
In this article the author discusses influence of the innovations which are introduced in the public services on enterprises functioning in the European Union. In particular two issues referring to the managers' opinions are analyzed: 1) innovativeness in public services, 2) influence of innovations on chosen areas of enterprise activities. Discussed results of the surveys indicate that managers' opinions are rather positive but varied in the Member States of the European Union. (original abstract) - Accessibility
