- Paszę drobiową DKA-Starter o różnej zawartości tłuszczu i witamin A i E przechowywano w temp. 5, 25 i 35°C w ciągu 3 miesięcy. Stwierdzono, że spadek zawartości witamin po tym okresie przechowywania wynosił ok. 60-70%, przy czym mniej stabilna była witamina A. Szybkość rozpadu witamin zależała od czasu przechowywania (największa w pierwszym miesiącu), temperatury (większa w temperaturach wyższych), zawartości tłuszczu w paszy (największa w grupie pasz o najwyższej zawartości tłuszczu), nie zależała natomiast od ilości dodawanych witamin. Quantitative changes were followed of vitamins A and E in the chicken feed DKA-Starter of different fat contents stored for 3 months at 5, 25 and 35°C. After 3 month storage the decrease in these vitamins amounted to 60-70 percent, vitamin A being less stable. The extent of decomposition of these two vitamins was found to be correlated with the time of storage (the highest loss was stated in the first month of storage), temperature (more pronounced losses were observed at higher temperatures), fat contents (higher losses were observed in the samples richer in fat) and independent of the amounts of the vitamins added.
