Abstract
Przedmiotem niniejszej analizy są determinanty stabilności quasi-państwa, czyli czynniki gwarantujące jego funkcjonowanie - innymi słowy - zapewniające mu zdolność do przetrwania. Zagadnienie to jest interesujące i warte zbadania, ponieważ byt tej specyficznej jednostki geopolitycznej znajduje się w stałym zagrożeniu, a prawo międzynarodowe nie zapewnia jej nieprzerwanego istnienia, jak w przypadku państwa. W pierwszej części artykułu zostaną przedstawione: definicja quasi-państwa, problemy zagrażające jego istnieniu, a także będzie wprowadzone pojęcie stabilność, stanowiące tłumaczenie anglojęzycznych terminów sustainability oraz viability i jego rosyjskojęzycznego odpowienika żyzniesposobnost'. W drugiej zaś części zidentyfikowane będą determinanty stabilności poszczególnych quasi-państw, które zostaną poddane następnie uogólnieniu. (fragment tekstu)
