- Nowa tablica przepływów międzygałęziowych za 2000 r. daje wgląd w koszty obsługi wszystkich nieruchomości w kraju. Stanowią one 4,4% wartości produkcji globalnej i są podobne jak w Finlandii i Danii. Główne nakłady na obsługę nieruchomości związane są z gospodarką mieszkaniową. Ogółem 78 mld zł kosztów obsługi nieruchomości daje kwotę ok. 170 zł miesięcznie na obywatela Polski. Stanowi to koszt "dachu nad głową", tj. mieszkania, pracy i rekreacji. (abstrakt oryginalny)
The new table of inter-branch trade in 2000 gives us a view of the costs of servicing of all the real estates in Poland. The costs constitute 4.4% of the national production value and the proportion is similar to that of Finland or Denmark. The main expenditures spent for the real-estate servicing are related with housing management. In general, 78 billion Polish zlotys spent for such servicing gives the amount of ca. 170 Polish zlotys per capita per month.
