Abstract
W badaniach otrzymano estry metylowe oleju słonecznikowego. Reakcję prowadzono w układzie konwencjonalnego ogrzewania i przy zastosowaniu energii mikrofal. Transestryfikację przeprowadzono w temperaturze 40 ºC przy stosunku molowym metanolu do oleju 4:1 i udziale katalizatora enzymatyczny (lipaza B uzyskana z Candida antarctica immobilizowana na Immobead 150) - 2,5; 5,0 i 10,0% w stosunku do masy oleju. Określono właściwości fizyczne uzyskanych estrów (gęstość, lepkość kinematyczną, tempera- turę zablokowania zimnego filtra), porównując wpływ stosowanej metody ogrzewania. Uzyskane parametry zestawiono z wymogami stawianymi biopaliwom estrowym oraz oleju napędowego.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The enzymatic manufacturing of biodiesel by methanolysis of sunflower oil was studied using immobilized Candida antarctica lipase B as catalyst. Reactions were carried out in a conventional heating and under microwave heating. The transesterification reactions conditions were methanol/oil molar ratios of 4:1, the enzyme catalyst concentration (2,5; 5,0; 10,0 % w/w) and 40 ºC temperature. The biofuel properties (density, kinematic viscosity, cold filter plugging point) were measured according EN test methods. These parameters are listed with the demands of biofuels ester and diesel oil.(original abstract)
