Abstract
W pracy przedstawiono strukturę systemu prognozowania kondycji ekonomicznej przedsiębiorstw sektora MŚP. W procesie prognozowania wykorzystuje się wnioskowanie poprzez analogię stosując metodologię CBR (Case Based Reasoning). Baza przypadków tworzona jest w oparciu o zdefiniowaną w pracy ontologię A-E-AE (Agent-Expert-Act of Explanation), tj. Agent - Ekspert - Akty Wyjaśniania. Opracowana przez autora oryginalna ontologia A-E-AE obejmuje protokoły: argumentacji oceny potencjału kompetencyjnego, argumentacji oceny luki kompetencyjnej, ekspertyz eksperta, aktów wyjaśniania pozycji przedsiębiorstwa, aktu dopasowania trajektorii wyników, aktu prognozowania na podstawie wzorców trajektorii. W pracy przedstawiono wyniki badań przeprowadzonych w ramach projektu EQUAL nr F0086 na próbie 210 przedsiębiorstw sektora MŚP z regionu Południowo-Wschodniej Polski. Skoncentrowano się na przedstawieniu procedury obejmującej akt wyjaśniania pozycji przedsiębiorstwa.(abstrakt oryginalny)
