Abstract
In this paper we have sketched the issue of knowledge in an e-commerce system. First, using the functional model of an e-commerce system presented in, we shown that knowledge is a central part of any e-commerce system. Second, we presented a detailed discussion of how the knowledge can be acquired and stored in the system. Finally, we described the updating process in e-commerce. (fragment of text)
