Abstract
The aim of this article is to present two mobile-agent systems: Agent Tel and D'Agents, which constitute one of the solutions for users of mobile computers. The main service performed by these systems is to help manage the problem of effective work of partially connected computers (i.e. laptops) or/and use of distributed applications. One of the most common tasks arising in these circumstances is the information retrieval. As it is shown in the examples, both systems cope well with these problems. Successful implementations of both Agent Tel and D'Agents only confirm their usability. (fragment of text)
