Abstract
This paper presents an idea of Extended Tabular Systems as basic Knowledge Components for knowledge specification and management. Some basic ideas of granular approach for more efficient knowledge specification and manipulation are outlined. Basic operation on tabular systems are put forward. (fragment of text)
