- Abstract
- Celem artykułu jest zaprezentowanie nowej Agendy przyjętej przez ONZ w zakresie zrównoważonego rozwoju świata, a także wyzwań stojących przed statystyką publiczną, związanych z monitorowaniem realizacji wyznaczonych celów w ujęciu globalnym, regionalnym oraz krajowym. Międzynarodowe gremia statystyki publicznej uczestniczą w formułowaniu celów, do których świat będzie dążyć. Do monitorowania realizacji tych celów zobowiązano urzędy statystyczne poszczególnych krajów. Sprostanie tym oczekiwaniom będzie wymagało od międzynarodowych i krajowych instytucji statystycznych organizacji sprawnego systemu monitorowania oraz wypełnienia luk informacyjnych. Wyzwania te stoją również przed GUS - koordynatorem monitorowania realizacji celów rozwojowych w Polsce. (abstrakt oryginalny)
The aim of the article is to present a new development Agenda for the world and the challenges for official statistics, related to monitoring progress in achieving its goals - at the global, regional and national level. Official statistics, from the beginning participating in the process of goals agreeing for which the world will endeavour in the next 15 years, was indicated as the authority responsible for coordinating and ensuring the continuity of monitoring their implementation. Meeting these expectations will require from international and national statistical institutions an increased efforts aimed at ensuring an efficient monitoring system and filling information gaps. These challenges also facing the Central Statistical Office of Poland - coordinator of the development goals monitoring at the national level. (original abstract) - Accessibility
