Abstract
Significant executive and prescriptive state influence on the functioning of legal entities causes the need for the existence of effective machinery of adjudication of administrative-legal disputes. Despite the abundance of scientific research in the sphere of administrative judicial proceeding, a number of issues regarding the participation of legal entities in administrative-legal disputes still remain unresolved. Current problems may lead to decrease in protection of legal entities' rights that will affect in negative way the functioning of the whole state machinery because of important role of legal entities in promotion of the public interests, achieving security and prosperity in society. This paper deals with some of these issues in a context of particular category of administrative-legal disputes - namely the disputes concerning the ensuring of sustainable urban development and land use.(fragment of text)
