In Poland, there are more and more courses and specializations with ACCA accredited programme at universities. This result from the fact that ACCA Qualification more and more often is one of the labour conditions for new employees in management positions. This also allows candidates with this certificate to get higher salary as well as additional benefits such as: pay for their medical insurance, cell phone, company car and fitness card. Taking the above into consideration, the aim of this paper is to find answers to the following questions: 1. Are the young people influenced by the labour market demands when choosing study with ACCA accredited programme? 2. Can they appreciate the benefits of study with ACCA accredited programme? The paper presents part of the survey results which was conducted among students of full-time course with a specialization "ACCA Accounting" in Management Faculty of Gdansk University.(original abstract) - Full text
