- Celem artykułu jest ukazanie wpływu, jaki ma wykorzystanie nowoczesnych technologii na procesy sprzedaży obecnych na rynku przedsiębiorstw handlowych. Uwzględnia on przesłanki zachodzących zmian, które wymuszają na firmach inwestycje i opisuje najnowsze trendy w podejściu do realizacji procesu obsługi klienta. W dalszej części opracowania zawarty jest dokładny opis zestawu stanowiącego element usprawnienia, z uwypukleniem wszystkich jego cech i to zarówno w procesie implementacji, jak i późniejszego użytkowania. W artykule podkreślono skutki, jakie ma dla przedsiębiorstwa wprowadzenie prezentowanego rozwiązania. (fragment tekstu)
The influence of informatics science on the business processes is very strong and visible nowadays. More and more companies decide on considerable investments being convinced that the return rate will be significant and very often that is the case. The aim of the article is to present one of the facilities which provide the trade companies with a new quality of the sales' processes. The new solution is supported by palmtops which with appropriate software enable to collect the orders from the customers and fulfill them in a much quicker and default-free way than previously. There are shown the advantages and disadvantages of usage of the device which among the professionals are called "the offices in the field" and impressively support the field force of the trade company. The summarizing table [table nr 1] presents the influence of the palmtops on the duration of the sales' processes. In general the positive impact of informatics science achievements on the supply chain activities is proved. It is believed that the researches of informatics and logistics will be continued in order to іmprove the quality of business which will influence the goodness of the entire community.
