- Celem niniejszego artykułu jest więc próba wskazania metod określających sposób mierzenia czasu istnienia pieniądza w ustalonym mikroregionie, liczbę dróg krążenia tego pieniądza w danym mikroregionie oraz częstość zmian właściciela przez pieniądz. (fragment tekstu)
According to several authors opinion, to animate the economy of a region a certain sum of money should be "pumped" into it. In author's opinion a "movement oi money" should be created in this region. To check if this theory is true measurement methods of this "money movement" should be found. That is why in this article an attempt has been made to indicate methods to find a solution to the problem of defining methods of measuring the length of time of the money lasting in the micro-region, the number of ways in which the money circulates in the micro-region, frequency of the money changing the owner.
