- Popularna w Unii Europejskiej w latach 2000-2010 Strategia Lizbońska warta jest analizowania z dwóch powodów. Przede wszystkim po to, by uzmysłowić sobie jak ważne wydawały się cele ekologiczne. Ale po to także, by ukazać, że w konfrontacji z wyzwaniami gospodarczymi bardzo szybko zostają one porzucane. Fiasko Strategii Lizbońskiej ilustruje zagrożenia dla europejskiej polityki ekologicznej, która w zbyt dużym zakresie uzależniona jest od lobbingu organizacji biznesowych. (abstrakt oryginalny)
There are two main reasons for analysing the Lisbon Strategy which was popular among European policy makers in 2000-2010. First of all, it shows the importance of environmental objectives. At the same time, it demonstrates how quickly these are rejected if found to conflict with economic aspirations. The failure of the Lisbon Strategy illustrates the threats to Europe's environmental policy which is too receptive to business lobbing. (original abstract) - Accessibility
