Abstract
The purpose of this chapter is to identify the specific character of systemie IT and health care products, created in synergy relations with network entities in the area of new ways of meeting customers' needs. Health care and IT providers and additional actors/cooperants create net-value through collaboration to be more competitive on more and more demanding service and products markets. As it is supposed, this is almost a new way of building competitive position by creation of systemie multi-products in synergistic relationships in healthcare and IT sector, especially by the łeaders of these sectors. Critical analysis of literaturę in the field of study category is conducted in the article; furthennore qualitative method of empirical studies (case study) is applied for practicał illustration of described processes and phenomena. Chapter includes characteristics of systemie products and structures of their formation, data and methodology, theoretical models of systemie products in IT and healthcare sector and conclusions.
