Abstract
Purpose: The aim of this paper is to identify costs and benefits of age diversity at a workplace. Design/methodology/approach: critically analysis of the literature. Findings: The importance of the cost and benefits of age diversity enhances when we take into consideration demographic prognoses. It is key to recognize the costs and benefits of age diversity to make the best possible choices to improve a company's productivity and competitiveness.(original abstract)
