Abstract
(...) Celem opracowania jest ogólna charakterystyka środków prawnych aktywnie wspierających powrót osób starszych na belgijski rynek pracy. Wnioski z niej płynące, uzupełnione o wyniki badań innych wybranych ustawodawstw europejskich, będą stanowić podstawę do opracowania modelu przeciwdziałania bezrobociu wśród osób starszych w Polsce. Poniższe rozważania obejmą instytucje prawne najczęściej omawiane w literaturze przedmiotu. (fragment tekstu)

The aim of the article is to present a general overview of the selected legal measures that actively support the elderly unemployed people in returning to the labour market in Belgium. It will provide the basis of further comparative law research to develop a theoretical model of preventing unemployment among older persons in Poland. The following discussion will be focused on Belgian legal institutions that are most frequently discussed in the literature. (original abstract)
