Abstract
This book was published in the new series by Routledge that covers crucial issues in global human resource management. It looks at questions related to talent management systems in developed economies. The main focus of the book is to analyze the contextual factors that create conditions for talent management at the national level. Thus, particular chapters are dedicated to presenting the specificity of political, educational, labor, social and cultural, and economic systems as well as any other factors that determine and shape approaches to talent management.
