- Artykuł prezentuje wyniki badań dotyczących znaczenia kompozycji ról zespołowych zrealizowanych w 24 zespołach IT. W badaniach wykorzystano model ról zespołowych wg Belbina w interpretacji B. Kożusznik. Przedstawiono koncepcję równowagi ról w zespole według Belbina i Haaf'a, oraz zbadano jej korelację z efektywnością zespołu, mierzoną na trzech wymiarach: wyniku, satysfakcji i klimatu pracy zespołowej. Przeanalizowano również znaczenie obecności wybranych ról zespołowych (Prowadzącego, Myśliciela, Realizatora i Skrupulatnego wykonawcy) dla efektywności pracy zespołu programistycznego. W przeprowadzonych badaniach uwzględniono poziom wirtualności współpracy w zespole. (abstrakt oryginalny)
The article presents the results of research on team composition in terms of roles as conducted on twenty-four student software teams. An adaptation of M. Belbin's model by B. Kożusznik was used. The model of team balance according to Belbin and Haaf is presented and correlations between team balance and team performance are analyzed. Team performance is measured at three levels: results, satisfaction, and team climate. The selected constellation of team roles (such as Shaper and Plant, and Implementer and Monitor-Evaluator) were analyzed in the context of software team performance. The level of team virtualization was also taken into account. (original abstract) - Accessibility
