Abstract
Pandemia COVID-19 wpłynęła na ograniczenie funkcjonowania większości ludzi do obszaru najbliższego sąsiedztwa. Stąd też społeczności lokalne stanęły przed wyzwaniem organizacji wzajemnego wsparcia i przepływu informacji w sytuacji kryzysowej. Celem opracowania jest identyfikacja głównych cech funkcjonowania mediów społecznościowych wrocławskich rad osiedli podczas trwania pandemii COVID-19. Analiza została przeprowadzona na podstawie najpopularniejszego w Polsce portalu społecznościowego - Facebooka. Badania polegające na analizie 46 profili wrocławskich rad osiedli umożliwiły m.in. identyfikację zmian czasowych w zakresie liczby oraz tematyki postów. Było to podstawą określenia najważniejszych prawidłowości w strategiach informowania mieszkańców o rozwoju sytuacji kryzysowej związanej z pandemią COVID-19, jak również ich reakcji na te działania. The COVID-19 pandemic limited the functioning of most people to the nearest area. Thus, local communities faced the challenge of organizing mutual support and information flow in a crisis situation. The aim of the study is to identify the basic features of the functioning of social media of Wroclaw neighbourhood councils during the COVID-19 pandemic. The analysis was carried out on the basis of the most popular social networking site in Poland - Facebook. Research based on 46 Facebook fan pages of Wrocław's neighbourhood councils. Among others we identified the temporal changes in the number and subject of posts. This was the basis for determining the regularities in the strategies of informing inhabitants about the development of a crisis related to the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as their response to these actions.
