- W artykule przedstawiono główne tematy badawcze z zakresu duchowości w miejscu pracy w kontekście zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi (ZZL). Wiedza na temat duchowej strony pracowników może być kluczowa dla praktyk zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi. W opracowaniu oparto się na przeglądzie literatury i analizie bibliometrycznej publikacji w celu określenia głównych tematów podejmowanych w tej dziedzinie oraz ich znaczenia dla zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi. Łącznie przeanalizowano 123 publikacje z bazy Web of Science z lat 1999-2020 za pomocą analizy skupień metodą VOSviewer. W artykule zawarto definicje i wymiary duchowości w miejscu pracy oraz rozważano znaczenie duchowości w zarządzaniu zasobami ludzkimi. Potencjalnym wkładem prezentowanych badań może być zestawienie definicji i wymiarów duchowości w miejscu pracy oraz określenie ram teoretycznych dla rozwijającej się koncepcji duchowości w miejscu pracy - w kontekście ZZL. The paper presents the main topics of research in the field of workplace spirituality in the context of human resource management (HRM). The study is based on a literature review and bibliometric analysis of publications in order to determine the main topics undertaken in this field and their importance for human resource management. In total, 123 publications from the Web of Science database from the years 1999-2020 were analyzed using cluster analysis applying the VOSviewer method. The paper provides definitions and dimensions of workplace spirituality, and considers the significance of spirituality in human resource management. The contribution of the research is to shed light on the concept of a spiritual work-place in HRM and to indicate directions for future research in this field. (original abstract) - Accessibility
