Abstract
Automotive companies require continuous development and demonstration of huge adaptability to market requirements. The level of competition in this sector has created the need to increase productivity, productivity and quality to meet customer requirements. Despite the opportunities offered by automation of production and logistics systems, many companies, especially the automotive industry, still rely on man-made work because of its flexibility and cognitive and motor skills, which machines are unable to perform. It should be pointed out that the multivariantity and specificity of production technologies and the time of technological changeovers make a low level of automation or lack thereof the only right alternative. At work, an attempt was made to carry out an analysis of factors affecting the efficiency of low-automation production processes on the example of a polish manufacturing company from the automotive industry.(original abstract)
