- Abstract
- W niniejszej pracy przedstawiono wyniki prac doświadczalnych dotyczących aktywności przeciwrodnikowej naparów przygotowanych z handlowych próbek suszonych młodych liści konopi siewnej. Aktywność przeciwutleniającą określono stosując spektrofotometryczną metodą pomiaru kinetyki wygaszania wolnego rodnika DPPH• w obecności różnych ilości naparów suszonych młodych liści konopi siewnej. Zaobserwowano, że aktywność przeciwrodnikowa naparów przygotowanych z badanego suszu konopnego zależy od czasu trwania procesu naparzania. Jednocześnie stwierdzono, że otrzymana zależność doświadczalna przyjmuje kształt krzywej sigmoidalnej. (abstrakt oryginalny)
In this work we describe results of experimental study on antiradical activity of infusions prepared from commercial samples of dried hemp young leaves. Antioxidant properties were determined spectrophotometrically by means of the kinetic measurements of DPPH• free radical quenching process in the presence various amounts of dried hemp young leaves infusions. It was observed that antiradical activity of the tested dried hemp infusions depends on the duration of the infusion process. At the same time, it was found the the obtained experimental relationship shows the shape of a sigmoid curve. (original abstract) - Accessibility
