- Zrównoważone zarządzanie projektami to podejście, które uwzględnia społeczne, środowiskowe i ekonomiczne skutki projektu. Otoczenie organizacji wywiera coraz większą presję na uwzględnienie zrównoważenia w podejściu do zarządzania projektami. Celem artykułu jest zaprezentowanie stanu wiedzy dotyczącej zrównoważonego zarządzania projektami. W oparciu o przegląd najnowszej literatury zdefiniowano pojęcia zrównoważenia oraz projektu, jako elementów składowych nowego nurtu badań, jakim jest zrównoważone zarządzanie projektami. Opracowanie prezentuje ramy procesu zrównoważonego zarządzania projektami, wraz z jego ograniczeniami i podstawowymi wymiarami. W artykule podkreślono znaczenie zrównoważonego zarządzania projektami w promowaniu zrównoważonego rozwoju i minimalizowaniu negatywnego wpływu na środowisko i społeczeństwo w różnych obszarach działalności przedsiębiorstw.(abstrakt oryginalny)
Sustainable project management is an approach that considers the social, environmental and economic impacts of a project. There is increasing pressure from the organization's environment to include sustainability in the project management approach. The purpose of this article is to present the state of the art in sustainable project management. Based on a review of recent literature, the concepts of sustainability and project were defined as components of the new research stream of sustainable project management. The study presents a framework for the process of sustainable project management, along with its limitations and basic dimensions. The paper emphasizes the importance of sustainable project management in promoting sustainable development and minimizing negative environmental and social impacts in various areas of business operations.(original abstract) - Full text
