- Podstawowym warunkiem istnienia sprawnie działającego systemu bankowego oraz zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa klientom banków jest stworzenie systemu nadzoru bankowego. Konstrukcja systemu kontroli działalności banków jest oparta na zharmonizowaniu trzech jego elementów: nadzoru państwowego, stałego auditingu wykonywanego przez niezależne firmy i kontrolę wewnętrzną w samych bankach. Autorka omówiła cele kontroli wewnętrznej w banku, warunki jej funkcjonowania i controlling jako formę kontroli wewnętrznej.
The audit of the bank operations becomes a necessity, because its insolvency - that may be in a result - will be a catastrophe. The construction of the able system of the bank monitoring is based on three elements: the system of the state supervision, the permanent audit by the nonunion firms, and the system of the inside audit in banks. Today we haven't the legal instructions of the inside audit yet, therefore we must discuss the organisation of that audit. (original abstract) - Accessibility
