- Omówiono rodzaje kar i ich wysokość, orzekanych w sytuacji przestępstw i wykroczeń skarbowych.
The article presents the place of penal revenue law in the overall legal system and types of penalties enumerated in the Penal Revenue Law. The law mentions four kinds of primary penalties (imprisonment, liberty restriction, fine, pecuniary penalty) and supplementary penalties (deprivation of civil rights, prohibition to take certain posts, practise certain professions, carry out certain activities, public announcement of the judgement and confiscation of property). The author discusses the premises of penalty infliction and appeal possibilities. The final part of the article presents specific penalty measures that can be found only in the Penal Revenue Law: voluntary submission to penalty and active repentance.
