- Autorzy omówili przekształcenie własnościowe przedsiębiorstwa metodą MBO - Management Buy-Out tzn. wykupienie go przez dotychczasowy zarząd. Jest to metoda powszechna na Zachodzie, autorzy postulują szersze wprowadzenie jej w procesach prywatyzacyjnych w kraju, wskazując na jej zalety w stosunku do innych metod.
The process of ownership transformations does not imply privatisation only but also a change of ownership patterns between different sectors. In Poland the process of transformation of ownership patterns in the private sector has not yet been iniciated. In this process the Management Buy-Out is recommended which gives an objective value to the enterprise in such a situation. (original abstract) - Accessibility
