- Abstract
- Scharakteryzowano dynamiczne metody rachunku efektywności inwestycji (NPV, IRR i zmodyfikowana formuła rozwinięta - E), a następnie przy ich pomocy dokonano oceny ekonomicznej efektywności alternatywnych projektów realizacji przedsięwzięcia ekologicznego.
The purpose of the paper is to try to evaluate economic effectiveness of alternative projects, aiming at implementation of an ecological enterprise in a town of south-eastern Poland, and to make, based on such effectiveness, the selection of the optimal variant. To achieve that purpose, the author has firstly characterized some (the most commonly applied in the market economy) dynamic methods of investment effectiveness calculation (according to world and Polish standards). Then, applying them, he has evaluated the economic effectiveness of two alternative projects of the ecological enterprise implementation. On this basis, additionally considering in the evaluation ecological object effects, the selection of the optimal variant has been made.(original abstract) - Accessibility
