- Firma Nieruchomości Świdnica S.A. powstała z przekształcenia byłego przedsiębiorstwa gospodarki komunalnej i mieszkaniowej w jednoosobową spółkę miasta. Zgodnie z ustawą spółka akcyjna tego typu musi w ciągu 2 lat ulec dalszym przekształceniom. Celem artykułu jest prezentacja procedury opracowania w wyniku analizy zagadnień dotyczących wyboru odpowiedniej formy organizacyjno-prawnej najlepszego spośród różnych potencjalnych rozwiązań.
A heuristic selection procedure of privatisation variants in a public utility' enterprise has been discussed in the paper. The procedure being discussed consists of the following stages: formulating the criteria of variants construction, generating the set of variants, developing the scenarios for all variants, identifying the goals of enterprises and their environments, developing the goals' hierarchy, evaluating the degree of goals' accomplishment by means of rating scales, multi-dimensional comparative analysis, ranking and selecting the privatisation variants.
