- Omówiono zagadnienie zmiany jako jednego z aspektów służących opisowi dynamiki organizacyjnej. Zwrócono również uwagę na ścisłą zależność pomiędzy sposobem kierowania ludźmi a poziomem kultury innowacyjnej w organizacji.
The aim of the article is to present the factors influencing the process of introducing organizational changes. It has been found out that the effectiveness of the process depends on its participants, their attitudes, and also on situational factors connected with the organization, its structure, and the system of managing people. It. has been noted that there is a close correspondence between the methods of managing people and the level of innovative culture in an organization. (original abstract) - Accessibility
