Abstract
Seksizm oznacza dyskryminację ze względu na płeć. Artykuł prezentuje wyniki badań i analiz dotyczących obecności seksizmu w polskiej i francuskiej reklamie telewizyjnej. Problem ten, zdaniem autorki, wydaje się szczególnie istotny w kontekście przystąpienia Polski do Unii Europejskiej i unijnego prawodawstwa przeciwdziałającego seksizmowi w reklamie.

The article presents the results of research and analyses concerning occurrence of sexism in Polish and French TV advertisements. This issue, according to the author, seems to be extra important in the context of Poland’s accession to the EU and EU law against sexism in advertising.(A.Ł.)
