- Celem opracowania jest ukazanie jakie są dla społeczności wiejskiej w Polsce szanse zapewnienia stałej zdolności do aktywności zawodowej przez podnoszenie swoich umiejętności w ciągu całego życia.
While considering problems of education and information infrastructure of the rural areas in the context of the labour market development relationships, two areas have been distinguished: - present state of the education and information infrastructure, - role of the education and information infrastructure in increasing attractiveness of particular area from the viewpoint of quality of human factor which influence making use of endogenous potential for development. It can be generally stated that education and information infrastructure plays still more important role in the structure of employment and as a carrier of entrepreneurship and economic activity which is thought to be necessary for further development and transformation of the labour market.
