Abstract
Celem artykułu jest omówienie praktycznych problemów oceny i doskonalenia umiejętności społecznych kierowników oraz przedstawienie i analiza wyników badań ankietowych dotyczących tego zagadnienia.

Managers ability to achieve needful behaviour of other people is a very important factor which could influence results of their work. Their social competence depend on the right evaluation of situation either abilities and posibilities to realize adequate to situation behaviour. Skills to choose and realize behaviour make possible control and creation situation which needs treatment of own operations. It needs knowledge from the framework of social science and ability to go outside of natural reaction and personality. This article contains description of basic problems associated with evaluation of social skills of managers and results analysis. (original abstract)
