- Abstract
- Na przykładzie jednego z przedsiębiorstw zaprezentowano analizę korzyści, jakie czerpie przedsiębiorstwo z tytułu zatrudnienia osób niepełnosprawnych. Z tego tytułu zakładom pracy chronionej przysługuje wiele ulg i preferencji. Autorka zauważa, że istniejące uregulowania prawne dotyczące zakładu pracy chronionej wymagają weryfikacji. W chwili obecnej według autorki w takich zakładach chroniony jest właściciel firmy a osoba niepełnosprawna jest narzędziem zdobywania ulg i preferencji.
In the paper there is presented a problem of the activity of procetded work plant as the form of employment activation of disabled persons. The law regulating activity of protected work plants has created many preferences which were to simulate enterprises to employ disabled persons and also to their rehabilitation. There is precented the analysis of the advantages resulting from a fact a firm is a protected work plant. On the grounds of this analysis it can be assumed that discussed form of the enterprise's activity protects rather the owner and the disabled person is only an instrument of acquiring of preferences.
