Abstract
Zaprezentowano kluczowe aspekty metodologiczne związane z przeprowadzaniem badań międzykulturowych. Autor przedstawił wytyczne dotyczące: problematyki powoływania zespołu badawczego, definiowania i operacjonalizowania badanego zjawiska oraz doboru próby badawczej.

The article presents key methodological concerns associated with performing comparative cross-cultural research. The concerns described include setting up research team, forming subject of research, focusing on research problems from etic or emic perspective, taking into account triangulation guidelines (cognitive and methodic pluralism), cultural adaptation of research tools, and the technique of polling research objects.
