- Abstract
- W artykule przedstawiono istotę, cele i rodzaje funduszy powierniczych. Klasyfikacji dokonano w oparciu o kryteria takie jak: sposób pobierania prowizji, strategia inwestycyjna, posiadane instrumenty finansowe i kierunek inwestycyjny (quasi-podział). Następnie omówiono rynki funduszy powierniczych w Stanach Zjednoczonych, Wielkiej Brytanii, Niemczech i Japonii oraz działalność rodzin funduszy powierniczych na rynku amerykańskim. Na zakończenie zanalizowano funkcjonowanie funduszy powierniczych w Polsce.
The above article describes the idea and the role of Mutual Fund and their position in different segments of the financial market. Author has presented the detailed characteristic of different kinds of this intermediary financial institution. There has been also undertaken the short analyse of fund markets in USA, England, Germany and Japan as well as analyse of present tendency and development of this market. In the last chapter it has been described the factors, possibilities and threats for developing of Mutual Funds in Poland.(original abstract) - Accessibility
