- W artykule wskazano na zasadność prowadzenia badań struktury komplementarnego produktu turystycznego regionu wybraną metodą portfelową. Zaprezentowano analizę możliwości rozwoju produktu turystycznego regionu metodą portfelową General Electric. Zamierzeniem autorki było jednak przedstawienie kompleksowej diagnozy produktów turystycznych rozwijanych w regionie sudeckim, opartej na wynikach badań ankietowych.
Structural analysis of a tourist product developed within a given area allows optimisation of its elements and obtaining long-term effects (development of specific forms of tourism) even with limited resources for market activity. The author presents possible uses of GE portfolio approach for this type of research on tourist market. The results are presented in Table 2 and Picture 2. They are to support local authorities in taking decisions on individual forms of tourism to be developed within their area. (original abstract) - Accessibility
