- W opracowaniu podjęto próbę analizy procesów decyzyjnych sprowadzonych do wyborów make or buy? Wybór alternatywy buy wiąże się z bardzo charakterystycznymi w ostatnich latach tendencjami odchudzania działalności i struktur przedsiębiorstw i korporacji. Proces ten bywa nazywany outsorcingiem. Omówiono jego uwarunkowania, potencjalne korzyści ale i zagrożenia.(abstrakt oryginalny)
The work attempts to analyse decision processes consisting of "make or buy" choises. The choice of the "buy" alternative is connected with charakteristic for recent years tendencies of "slimming" the activity and the structures of corporations. This process is sometimes called "outsourcing". Its backgrounds, potential advantages and its threads have been discussed.(original abstract) - Accessibility
