- Abstract
- W pierwszej części opracowania ustosunkowano się do istoty sukcesu i porażki podkreślając, iż są one pochodną dualistycznej natury procesu zarządzania. W drugiej części przedstawiono przesłanki i istotę działań dywestycyjnych jako instrumentu zarządzania strategicznego. Podkreślono. że dywestycje mogą być źródłem zarówno sukcesu, jak i porażek oraz zidentyfikowano najistotniejsze uwarunkowania dywestycji prowadzącej do sukcesu.(abstrakt oryginalny)
In first part this paper were presented problems connected with the nature both being a success and being defeated in firms. Author emphasized that both success and unsuccess are derivative of the dualism management process. In second part this article were pointed out the circumstances of divestment there was also described the nature of divestment. It was stated that divestment could be a source both success and failure.(original abstract) - Accessibility
