Germany - Abstract
- Tematem artykułu był rynek papierów dłużnych w Niemczech, należący do ścisłej czołówki największych rynków długu na świecie. Autor omówił poszczególne papiery wartościowe emitowane przez rząd federalny. Na koniec przedstawił rynek niemieckich papierów skarbowych oraz strukturę rynku skarbowych papierów dłużnych.
In this paper the debt securities available in Germany are presented, the ways of their emission and structure of the market of the debt securities. In the last years the share of the debt securities issued in order to finance the debt of the federal government oscillated between 37% and 46% constituting the second, after the debt securities issued by the banks, segment of the debt market in Germany as regards the value. The value of the bonds and bills that were not purchased was approximately 614 million Euro and that, combined with a big value of individual emissions, created a very fluid secondary market, providing reliable information on the level of the market interest rates on the whole length of the yield curve. A diversified characteristic of particular treasuries causes that it is the market meant for the institutional as well as individual investors. (original abstract) - Accessibility
