- Abstract
- Autor charakteryzuje podstawy prawne pośrednictwa ubezpieczeniowego w Polsce, system szkoleń agentów ubezpieczeniowych na przykładzie doświadczeń niemieckich oraz rodzaje pośredników ubezpieczeniowych w Polsce.
Advising is a integral part of the insurance intermediary, by presenting an insurance offer. Presentation of general insurance terms, ranges of risk covered by the policy of given insurance company belongs to the duties of an insurance intermediary. The range of intermediary agent duties is included in agreement between company of behalf of which the agent is conducting the insurance intermediary. Advising relied upon searching between actually existing offers in order to find that one which willoptimally cover the customer expectations and needs belongs to the insurance brokers competence. Broker as a person who is not dependant on any insurance company is able to full fill in an objective, impartial way the advisory be an agent, insurance broker or will recognise himself as insurance advisor - he have to constantly increase its qualifications in order to professionally advise customers and a favourable long term correctly design training system.
