- Behawioralne podejście traktuje różne elementy składowe przedsiębiorstwa jako spójną całość. Ujawnia wiele interesujących ujęć i konwencji teoretycznych, które zmierzają do wyjaśnienia zachowań przedsiębiorstwa w otoczeniu - jego zakłóceń, kryzysów i walki o przetrwanie. W podejściu tym identyczną rangę uzyskują zarówno procedury formalne, struktura organizacyjna, problemy technologiczne, jak i zasoby ludzkie.
The Behavioural Approach is acomparatively new field of knowledge. It implys various aspects of factual conditions and ways of activity which are formulated and put into specified research conceptions and theoretical trends. The main subject of interests of the approach described above is an identification of broadly comprehended behaviours of the organisation, including also behaviours of organisational groups and individuals. As opposed to earlier behavioural conceptions being under the influence of psychology and social trends of organisation and management, the present Behavioural Approach has much more interdisciplinary and versatile character. It regards as the subject of the observation behaviours of the organisation and broadly comprehended changes taking place in its environment. The Behavioural Approach has many good points, because it describes the organisation as an open system, an inseparable part of the environment and it emphasizes the processes of the mutual adaptation of the organisation and its environment. The behavioral approach brings to light relations between elements of the environment and behaviours of the organisation, thereby it permits the elaboration of many practical instructions.(original abstract) - Accessibility
