- Autorka zaprezentowała uwarunkowania decyzji kapitałowych spółki akcyjnej w zakresie podwyższania kapitału własnego oraz wyboru źródła pozyskania kapitału obcego.
The article presents the premises and the conseqences of decisions concerning raising equity or acquiring debt. Particular attention is paid to opportunites and threats linked with the choice of place and instruments of acquiring capital from the point of view of expected rate of return for the shareholders, level of risk and the company's creditworthiness on the market.
