- Celem opracowania jest odpowiedź na pytanie, jak inwestorzy strategiczni spełniają rolę inicjatorów nowych jakościowo postaw w przejmowanych przez siebie podmiotach, jakiego typu zachowania stymulują i jak nowy typ dostosowań wpływa na sytuację sprywatyzowanego przedsiębiorstwa.
The main objective of the article was to address the following issues: firstly, how strategic investors are becoming the initiators of qualitatively new behaviours in the incorporated subjects, then, what kind of behaviour they stimulate, and finally, how the new adjustment model affects the situation of the privatised entity.(J.W.) - Accessibility
