- Autor skoncentrował swoje rozważania wokół wybranych teorii opisujących procesy zachodzące na rynku pracy. Przedstawił następujące teorie: kapitału ludzkiego, poszukiwań na rynku pracy, pryncypała i agenta, kontraktu oraz konfliktu.
The article presents select modern theories of an employment and labour market which are completion and enlargment neoclassical model of labour market. Presents: a human capital theory, a search theory, a principal-agent theory, a contract theory, a insider-outsider theory. This theories are the better explain for vision which are arise on labour market than neoclassical theory, becouse they indicate many elements make stability between demand and supply on labour market.
