- Omówiono podstawowe założenia reformy systemu emerytalnego. Przedstawiono takie problemy związane z funcjonowaniem funduszy emerytalnych, jak: prawne podstawy działalności, składki, lokaty, rola banku depozytariusza, wypłata zgromadzonych kapitałów, koszty funkcjonowania funduszy emerytalnych.
The article shows new concept of Polish pensions system, especially based on different pension funds. The low allow to create two kind's of them: open pension funds and employee pension funds. There are many points to research both of them, for example: way to open it, collecting the premiums, capital investing, payments of pensions, kind of costs.
