- Artykuł zawiera charakterystykę jednej z pięciu prawnie dopuszczonych metod wyceny przedsiębiorstwa; metody skorygowanych (uregulowanych) aktywów netto. Metoda ta polega na weryfikacji aktywów i pasywów obcych przy zastosowaniu indywidualnych kryteriów oceny wartości.
The article describes the method of the company's value's estimation. The method is related to property and the company's value is estimated according to the value of its net corrected assets. The methods is described with the use of the electrical system in order to make it more understandable for the people who graduated from technical schools. (original abstract) - Accessibility
