- W polskim prawie definicja leasingu nie jest uregulowana odrębną ustawą. W tej sytuacji zastosowanie mają przepisy prawa cywilnego, wekslowego i podatkowego. Umowa leasingowa jest porównywana z umową najmu i dzierżawy oraz sprzedażą na raty. W artykule rozróżniono prawne definicje wymienionych umów.
In Polish law leasing is not regulated by separate law. In this situation, civil, bill of exchange and tax law regulations are applied. Leasing contract can be compared with hire contract, contract of tenancy and hire-purchase sale. The article examines legal definition of mentioned contracts. (A.P.) - Accessibility
